Exchanges

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped. out to you. within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order.

 

Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible. 

Returns

Any items you purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card.

Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn, free of holes, rips and/or torn. Bayou Bella Boutique is  not liable for any return packages that may become lost of stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and /or return tracking number when shipping back to your returns.

Anything purchased with any form of personalization is FINAL SALE.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. If  the discounted item is accepted as a return, you will receive a store credit for the discounted price only.
